As the seasons shift, so do our needs. Sweater weather arrives, and with it, the comforts we crave—warm soups simmering, crisp ales to sip, and evening tea to soothe the soul.
In a world full of storms and uncertainty, the familiar becomes our refuge. The days grow shorter, routines adjust, and even those who resist change feel its pull. Some thrive on it, while others cling to the known, yet as humans, we are malleable, shaped by the moment, our memories fleeting.
It’s the feelings we create that ground us. I wrap myself in cozy blankets, fill the air with warm, comforting scents, and brighten my space with flickering light.
These small rituals inspire me. Tactile and sensory by nature, I find myself baking and cooking more, as if the warmth of the kitchen fills not just the home, but the heart.
What do you do to adjust to this season of change?
I’d love to hear your rituals. Tell me below!
Cheers,
Juliana ✨✨
